Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Staff Coordination: Manage and motivate a team of dental administrative professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Patient Relations: Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Handle billing
- Management of staff flows front & back.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare field.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Language: Bilingual (English & French)
Salary: 52,000 – 62,400 per year (Depending on experience)
Location: Longueuil, Greenfield Park, Quebec
