Vireo Video is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our tenacious and fast-growing team to support our founder Marlon Doll with company Financial Administration, Personal Organization, and various Task Execution.
This role will require you to collaborate closely with our founder, to help improve efficiencies and help to execute various project tasks.
Role:
- Manage Finance: Upload Statements, Invoices, Payroll, Minor Bookkeeping
- Manage and Prioritize Emails. Possibly responding to Emails
- Manage and Coordinate Schedule and Meetings
- Personal Task Handling and Project Management for my Responsibilities
- Vireo and Other Project Tasks & Day to Day Operational Tasks.
- Process and Organize Notes, Ideas, and Documents
- Helping to map out and stay accountable with Goals
You’re a great fit if you have/are:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Great prioritization and organizational skills
- Can understand my philosophy of handling things, dealing with clients, scheduling etc, to represent me and Vireo.
- Self Starter – Finding key areas to help generate business for ourselves or client, and being able to implement new value adds and upsells.
- Driven — you’re not someone who needs to be micromanaged and you don’t wait around for problems or quality concerns to hit others’ radars before brainstorming a fix
- High attention to detail, knows how to prioritize and works well under pressure
- A skilled communicator and writer.
- Honest and Loyal
- Will understand our business strategies and challenges

We manage a spectrum of YouTube channels in a variety of industries from education, beauty, tech, and working with large thought Leaders like Eckhart Tolle, and JP Sears.
Work: You will be working remotely (from anywhere) for this position and communicate via Google Meet, Google Hangouts (On Video).
Salary: $15.65 – $20.00 per hour
Hours: 10-40 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
